LICENSE AGREEMENT :
That I hereby undertake to use Easylite software on only one computer
and by one user. That I hereby undertake to install Easylite software
on
a hard disk and use it strictly in accordance with the instructions in
the
documentation;
That I am not entitled to reproduce, store, in a retrieval system, adopt
or transmit in any form or by any means viz electronic;mechanical,
photographic, optic recording or otherwise without prior written
permission of the Owner.
That I hereby undertake that EasyLite retains all rights not expressly
granted to the licensee for using the Easylite software.
That I hereby confirm that the license granted to me for using the
Easylite software by the Owner is subject to the terms and conditions
of this Agreement and in case of failure to comply with the same, my
license is liable to termination automatically.
